We don’t see much of Coco Rocha much these days and even though she would have been celebrating her newlywed status, a few months ago she was enlisted by the British retail giant John Lewis to font their Spring/Summer 2011 advertising campaign.

We love the 1960′s Mad Men vibe from the campaign (with impeccable set design too). The romantic campaign looks like a glorified dream sequence of the 1960s, and even though we’ve seen one too many Mad Men inspired ad campaign, this one has a touch of elegance that we can’t ignore.

We may never know how the notoriously private Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady behave in their home life, but we do know that there is one man in the world who would choose TV over the sexy Brazillian supermodel. In an ad for SKY HDTV in her home country of Brazil, Bundchen plays the ever dutiful housewife whose husband comes back (from what we assume is a decent time away). When he get home, they embrace… but as they do he’s inching ever so closer to the TV remote so he can watch his SKY HDTV.

We can’t say the actor and Gisele make the most believable couple, but the ad is cute nonetheless. The ad was reportedly a hit in Brazil, along with a shot viral video of Bundchen cleaning the floor in a short low cut dress and singing a Roberto Carlos song. Check

Heard the tired old mantra: ‘Men Don’t Read’? Publishers and marketers have been touting this lie for ages because they’ve told themselves that women read more and men don’t read at all, regardless of the validity of this statement.

THIS MUST END.

Because it’s simply NOT true.

Westfield Sydney was a buzz this morning that a supermodel was in town, and not just any supermodel. The Body, aka Elle Macpherson flew in (on a Virgin jet plane) to headline the launch of the new Virgin Blue uniforms. The Australian branch of the airline giant had also enlisted the help of Project Runway Australia season 2 winner Julie Grbac who designed the striking red and royal purple uniforms.
